“I’m methodical in my planning. I like to prioritise, stay on top of the detail, and keep everything running smoothly – whether it’s a team get-together, a strategy session, or entertaining clients. But it’s also about understanding clients. Some want a lot of guidance, while others prefer to take the lead. My role is to adapt, offer the right level of support, and always keep communication clear. And of course, none of it happens without teamwork, trusting colleagues is essential.”

“I always try to experience the events we host so I can give clients genuine reassurance. Where possible, I also introduce them to the team who’ll be working on the day. It helps to have a familiar face and creates a stronger connection.”
