We also manage 24hr moorings for the following landowners on the Henley stretch of river – they are not available to pre-book and are only valid for 24 hours from time of the transaction.

Payment is by collection from Hobbs of Henley’s moorings manager on the day or online, below. Restrictions apply during Henley Regatta and Henley Festival and other events on the reach.

Each payment is £15.00 for 24 hours from the time of transaction. Please only pay for your mooring from the time you arrive at your mooring.

We manage Remenham Farm moorings during Henley Royal Regatta on behalf of Copas Partnership but you must book these through their website.

Remenham Farm during Henley Festival 2025

24 hour moorings are available throughout Henley Festival week in some areas of Remenham Farm.  Location is restricted by Henley Master’s Regatta and Henley Swim Festival, also taking place in this period.

Each payment is £45  for 24 hours from the time of transaction. Please only pay for your mooring from the time you arrive at your mooring.

Henley Festival Week

Fawley Meadows Moorings 2025

 

There will be moorings available for boats which can be pre-booked in advance with Hobbs of Henley Ltd.

£75.00 +VAT per metre for the 5 nights based on minimum of 5 metres.

Moorings are available for minimum 5 nights from 12 noon Wednesday 9th July 2025 to 12
noon Monday 14th July 2025.

What is available?

  • Bankside mooring with boat name/reserved sign
  • Male/female toilets
  • Permission to put up gazebo (but no tents to sleep in)
  • Bins
  • Security on site from 6pm – midnight.

What is not permitted?

  • Single night moorings, only 5 nights
  • No camping allowed
  • No cars/road access
  • No BBQs
  • No rafting of extra boats on mooring

Summer Boat Storage

New for 2025 ‘Summer Storage with launching facility’ in Central Henley.

 

New for 2025, we are offering undercover storage ashore between the months of April and September, for boats on trailers at our Wargrave Road Boatyard RG9 3JD, with a launching by crane facility for leisure use.

It’s the perfect option for small day boats on trailers up to 30ft that are unable to get a central Henley mooring, but want to do their majority of boating in and around Henley. It also keeps the boat clean and tidy when not in use ashore and undercover.

 

 

Finer Details:

  • Craning Days – Monday -Friday, 24 hour notice is required i.e. let us know by Thursday, if you want boat launched Friday. Collect from 2pm Friday or 10am Saturday. Boats left at Hobbs on Sunday afternoon will be craned out Monday am.
  • Summer season storage price includes up to 10 craning’s in/out each season.

Price for extra craning’s after that £100 each way.

  • Weekend moorings available on Henley Reach from £15 per night/£75 per week.
  • Regatta and Festival moorings available P.O.A.
  • Summer storage ashore price for 5 months £3000+VAT.

Winter Boat Storage

We have open and undercover boat storage facilities at Hobbs Boatyard Wargrave Rd and open storage at our Thamesfield Moorings (opposite Little Angel)

Undercover winter storage surcharge for annual customers

There is a surcharge for undercover storage for Annual mooring customers of £130.00 per metre + VAT.

Craft stored under cover for the Winter period only

£365.00 per metre + VAT for 6 months payable in advance pro rata charge for additional months including scrubbing off. Not including lifting out or launching charges.

Craft stored in the open for the Winter period only

£200.00 per metre + VAT payable in advance for 6 months pro rata for additional months including scrubbing off. Not including lifting out or launching charges.

Craft stored on their own trailers

Charged at £200.00 per metre + VAT for a 26 week period or pro rata for shorter or longer periods. Trailers must be marked and immobilised, spare keys to be left with Hobbs. Trailers, craft, and equipment must be insured.

Small craft under 15ft stored ashore

Charged at £9.90 per metre + VAT per week minimum charge one week. Trailers must be marked and immobilised, spare keys to be left with Hobbs. Trailers, craft, and equipment must be insured.

Empty boat trailers

Charged at £23.50 per week + VAT minimum charge one week. Trailers must be marked and immobilised, spare keys to be left with Hobbs. Trailers, craft, and equipment must be insured.

Lifting Boats ashore for Winter storage and re-launching in the Spring

Charged at £39.00 per metre + VAT each way. Lifting boats on or off transport and for repairs, servicing or surveys, charges on application.

Owners of craft other than our annual mooring and storage customers

Will be charged at the rate of £9.90 per metre + VAT per week in the open, and £16.50 per metre + VAT per week undercover, whilst the craft is at our premises for work that is being carried out by our nominated companies:

  • GMECH – Marine Engineering
  • Paul Brownjohn – Boat Builders
  • Mac Hoods – Hood Trimmers.

Owners of craft moored or stored at our premises

For work by anyone other than our nominated companies will be charged a facility fee of £80.00 per job carried out.

Fuel and Water

  • We have both fuel and water available for purchase at our main Station Road boatyard in Henley on Thames.
  • Prices are available at the pump.
  • From April to September we are open seven days a week.
  • In the off season, from October to March, we are open five days a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Please check for Bank Holiday availability.
