Spinach and ricotta tortellini in a creamy Provençal sauce topped with mozzarella

Sausage and Mash

Succulent, traditionally made sausages with buttery mashed potatoes drenched in rich, red onion gravy

Teriyaki salmon

With stir fried vegetable and noodles

Slow cooked beef stroganoff

Tender beef with onions and mushrooms slow cooked in a rich, creamy sauce

Chicken Margarita

Chicken strips with pasta in a tomato and mascarpone sauce finished with buffalo mozzarella

Stilton mushrooms (Vegetarian)

A selection of mushrooms sautéed with English Stilton served with a rich, creamy red wine sauce

Mediterranean vegetable chilli (Vegan)

Crammed with pulses and colourful fresh vegetables in a medium spiced chilli sauce. Load up with tortilla crisps, jalapeño peppers, grated cheese and sour cream (v)

Mediterranean roasted stuffed peppers (Vegetarian)

Peppers filled with rice, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, sautéed vegetables topped with pine nuts & vegan cheese, glazed, garnished with basil, precious juices poured over.

Fillet of salmon with mint, coriander, wilted spinach

Baked herbed salmon finished with a tartar cream sauce

Strips of slow cooked pork loin with sautéed baby onions

In a full-bodied merlot redcurrant jus with a splash of double cream finished with caramelised apple

Chicken & asparagus pancetta wrap

Chicken breast topped with asparagus, tomato, wrapped with pancetta finished with a cheese glaze served with a fruity red wine jus

Rich Italian meatballs coated with mozzarella with a slow roasted pepper sauce

Juicy Italian meatballs with delicious herbs and spices, baked in a sweet red pepper sauce on a bed of pasta finished with Parmesan

Beef in Guinness

The king of all stews with an incredible rich, deep flavoursome sauce. The beef is fall-apart tender, all combined with chestnut mushrooms and a dash of red currant jelly

Creamy lemon tarragon chicken

The timeless combination of tarragon, white wine and tender tasty chicken combined with a splash of vermouth!

Beef Bourguignon

Slow cooked shoulder of beef with caramelised baby onions and lardons of bacon served in a dark full bodied redcurrant jus

All the above served with;

Steamed rice or new potatoes where applicable
Vegetables where applicable
Lambs lettuce, julienne of beetroot, red chard and ruby red chard salad
French dressing
Selection of artisan breads and butter

Finger desserts can be replaced with large desserts for £5.00+VAT per person
Selection of British and Continental cheeses with assorted crackers, homemade chutney, mixed grapes, honey glazed nuts and celery sticks
