River Thames Sightseeing Tours
A Hobbs of Henley public river cruise is a fantastic way to spend time with friends and family.
With ample seating and all-weather viewing platforms, Hobbs’ purpose-built passenger boats offer the perfect way to enjoy one of the most beautiful and iconic stretches of The River Thames.
You can book these tickets online within 24 hours of the trip, you can not pre book online or over the phone on the day of the trip but you can however purchase in person on the day at our ticket office, subject to availability. We are unable to reserve any tickets in advance.

Where is Hobbs of Henley’s boatyard?
Our boatyard is a stone’s throw from Henley train station, simply walk towards the river from
the station and you will get to us. Our address is The Boat House, Station Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1AZ.

Is there parking nearby?
There is parking available at Mill Meadows car park or Henley Train Station car park.

What time can I board?
We board passengers 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

Are there toilets?
Toilets are available on our larger passenger vessels and there is also a toilet available at the Boatyard.

Are your boats accessible for someone in a wheelchair?
Hobbs of Henley is more than happy to welcome passengers with mobility constraints.
Unfortunately, the design of our vessels means that there are a number of unavoidable limitations, including steep stairs, limited toilet facilities, and constraints on what our crews are permitted – and able! – to lift.
We strive to provide all our clients with a safe and enjoyable river cruise. To avoid disappointment, please contact us to discuss any access concerns before you book your
trip. We will try our hardest to accommodate clients with reduced mobility.

Can I bring a pushchair?
There is limited space on our vessels so we may advise you to leave your pushchair at the Boatyard.
