Selection of Hors D’oeuvres Starter Course

Baked salmon served with fresh tomato salsa, basil, olive oil, coriander seeds and crushed lemon

Slices of Scottish smoked salmon

Chicken liver paté laced with cognac

Delicately smoked mackerel pâté

Caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese filo tart (V) Must be pre-ordered

Mushroom and tarragon paté (V) Must be pre-ordered

Baby salad and pea shoots with avocado emulsion

All above are accompanied by pickled cucumber ribbons, spiced dill crème fraiche sauce, selection of crisp toasts and buttered rye bread

Main Course

Clove studded, succulent Suffolk gammon baked in a honey and wholegrain mustard glaze

served with traditional English mustard

Finely sliced rare Scotch beef

rolled in coarse ground black pepper

Both above served with a handmade spicy horseradish cream and a red onion and thyme chutney
Chive & butternut squash frittata (V)

finished with sea salt flakes, drizzled with avocado oil

Gruyère cheese roulade (V)

with cream cheese and asparagus

Lamb’s lettuce, spinach, rocket with julienne of beetroot
Couscous with chickpeas, red onion, garlic, fresh mint, and coriander, roasted peppers, cucumber

with a hint of mild chilli and lemon dressing

Garden potato salad

with banana shallots, chive mayonnaise and fresh mint

Selection of Artisan breads and butter

Dessert Course

Marinated fresh berry pavlova
Rich chocolate torte laced with Cognac

Both the above served with thick Dorset cream

Filter coffee and a selection of herbal teas with double chocolate brownie petit fours
