Roasted Mediterranean vegetable and parmesan tart topped with fresh rocket

Piedmontese roasted peppers filled with Santorini cherry tomatoes, and garlic garnished with sprigs of basil

Mixed lettuce salad

Traditionally made Greek Salad drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar

Assortment of Mediterranean dips namely Tzatziki, hummus, and taramasalata served with strips of baked pitta and a selection of crudités

Fresh tropical fruit platter served with a mango coulis and light lemon cream
