Yes you can! Although you are unable to use our bar on board Hibernia and you are expected to bring your own glassware, crockery and cutlery on both boats. You are able to use our bars on The New Orleans and The Waterman but with our own bar team.

Yes, we will take care of the boat and cruise the River Thames so all you need to worry about is taking care of your guests and having a great time!

You are more than welcome to hire your own photographer, florist, decorations, and cake. However, all other suppliers must be booked through Hobbs of Henley.

We only permit use of our own musical entertainment services, as they are familiar with the vessels and our standard operating procedure. Our normal terms and conditions apply.

We must be informed of all supplier bookings, or they could be refused entry to our boats.

Boarding is permitted 15 minutes prior to departure. Early access for organisers is available by arrangement.

With the standard booking, passenger pick-up and drop-off is only available at the main Hobbs mooring.

For The New Orleans, The Waterman and Hibernia you will pay 50% of the charter to confirm your booking. The remaining charter balance is due two weeks before your trip.

Yes there are speakers on all of our passenger vessels which can be connected to via Bluetooth.

You are expected to dispose of all your rubbish and leave the boat in a reasonable condition. We have recycling and rubbish bins available to you onsite.

Yes, please advise how you would like the tables to be set up in advance of your day for your arrival.
