  • Can I bring a dog onboard?

    Yes, you may bring your dog onboard all of our self-drive launches apart from ‘Lilibet’ and ‘Knightsdream’. We kindly ask for you to keep them off the cushions.

  • Can I book a boat for an hour?

    Unfortunately, you are not able to book a Self-Drive boat for an hour or multiple hours we only take reservations for the full day which can be booked online. You can still hire boats for an hour however it is on a first come first served basis.

  • Do you provide buoyancy aids with the hire and are they included in the price?

    Yes, all customers have access to buoyancy aids before their departure. A staff member will show you where to access these before you head off. Buoyancy aids are included in the price of the hire of the boat.

  • Do you provide parking? If so, how many cars can I bring?

    We offer customers parking if they have a full day booking with us or a skippered hire. We allow up to two cars per booking to be parked with us for the full duration. If you don’t have a full day booking the Henley Train Station has plenty of parking and is a couple of minutes walk from us.

  • If I book the boat for the full day do I have to be there for 10am or can I arrive later?

    You can arrive anytime after 10am to collect your boat hire, however, please note you must still return the boat back to us no later than 5pm.
