The height of elegance and luxury, our Antaris Class – ‘Aquavir’, boasts a range of exceptional features including elegantly upholstered seating for up to 12 guests and a convertible roof which can offer half or no coverage with the boat in operation.

Complete with a music system, fridge, swim deck and ladder, ‘Aquavir’ is the perfect choice for long, lazy days exploring the Thames. Hire her with a skipper to complete a truly indulgent cruise down one of the most beautiful stretches of The Thames.

Pick up and drop off is from Hobbs Boatyard only, should you want to arrange alternative locations please call the office to see if this is possible.

  • What makes Hobbs’ Antaris launches special?

    At Hobbs, all our Antaris class launches are fully convertible, making them perfect for the temperamental British weather. With elegantly upholstered padded seating, the Antaris class is a stylish way to explore the Thames.

  • When are the Antaris class launches available for hire?

    The Antaris class launches are available to hire from April – September, either hourly or by the day.

  • Is Aquavir available for self-drive hire?

    Absolutely! You can hire ‘Aquavir’ on a self-drive basis for up to 12 guests.

  • Can I extend my trip while onboard a skippered launch?

    This can be possible subject to availability, please ask your skipper onboard and he can contact the office if this is possible, payment will then have to be made at the end of the hire for the additional time.

  • What is the best course to do in the time I have?

    All Hobbs of Henley skippers have great knowledge of the local area and will plan the best route for you on the day subject to river conditions and traffic unless you have your own preferences.

  • Can I bring my own food and drink onboard?

    Yes, you are permitted to bring all your own food and drink onboard our

    skippered launches. You can also enjoy a sumptuous hamper or visit a riverside

    Restaurant.
